About the Role
As a Network Support Engineer, you will work on complex network environments, diagnosing and resolving issues across all layers of the stack. Your responsibilities will include managing customer networks, documenting bugs, and submitting feature requests based on customer needs. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure a reliable network experience for clients.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in networking (routing, switching, wireless).
- Strong expertise in wireless, security, WAN/LAN, routing, DNS, plus experience with tools like Meraki, Mist, Python, Ansible, Terraform.
- Ability to troubleshoot, configure, and manage issues across all layers 1–4.
- Background in customer-facing network engineering roles with proven ability to handle fast-paced, diverse environments.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Networking, or related technical field.
