Summary
Serco is seeking a Navy Analyst to support the US Navy in Washington, DC. The role involves program management and training system acquisition support for Navy Surface Training Systems.
About the Role
As a Navy Analyst, you will work closely with NAVSEA to support the acquisition and lifecycle management of new combat systems and high-tech trainers for the Navy. Your responsibilities will include developing training system plans, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining project management tools, and making recommendations for training requirements. You will also be involved in financial planning and budget forecasts for system acquisition and sustainment.
About You
Required:
- An Active Secret Clearance at time of application.
- Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of directly relevant work experience.
- Navy Operational / Navy Training experience and/or Navy DOD Experience.
- Expert level experience with Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Navy Combat Systems training and operational mission areas.
- Experience in Acquisition Program Management and/or Navy Project Management.
- Surface Training Systems experience.
- Junior surface warfare officer or senior enlisted strongly preferred.
