About the Role
As an MSP IT Engineer (Level 2), you will be responsible for delivering excellent client communication and documentation, troubleshooting desktops, networks, and operating systems, and working with Microsoft technologies including Windows 10, Server 2012-2019, Active Directory, and M365/Google Workspace. You will also collaborate with senior engineers on escalations and projects, ensuring high-quality support for diverse clients.
About You
Required:
- Prior experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Microsoft technologies, Active Directory, and cloud environments.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Self-motivated problem solver who enjoys helping end users and working as part of a team.
