About You
- Three years of full-time experience in gathering information, interviewing, or counseling; instruction, demonstration, and interpretation of policies in a public or private enterprise; direct social work; eligibility determination; customer service; or workforce development issues and programs.
- Knowledge of interviewing procedures and assessment techniques, workforce development programs and protections afforded to MSFWs.
- Computer skills and use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, data entry, and other related software applications.
- Ability to relate and communicate with persons from different cultural backgrounds, including Spanish language proficiency.
- Experience in farmworker activities or MSFW backgrounds.
