About the Role
As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for producing diagnostic images using established protocols and techniques. You will utilize independent judgment for accurate diagnosis, orient new staff, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain patient safety. The position requires compliance with infection prevention procedures and adherence to educational requirements set by the ACR.
About You
Required:
- Associate's Degree in Allied Health
- Graduate of an approved technical, professional, or vocational program
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers
- Knowledge of MRI Safety Protocols and Cross Sectional Anatomy
Preferred:
- Experience with venipuncture
- Demonstrated competency in MRI procedures and protocols
