Summary
TEKsystems is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to join their team in Carrollton, TX. The role involves reviewing loan documents and handling FHA and Conventional loans related to condos.
About the Role
As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will be responsible for reviewing data information and loan documents, understanding insurance and disclosures, and acting as a Condo Scenario Reviewer. You will handle broker scenarios, review litigation on projects, and ensure all day functionality related to condo loans. This position requires you to work in the office five days a week, from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
About You
Required:
- Some mortgage experience or condo experience.
- Familiarity with guidelines and understanding of loan conditions.
Preferred:
- Experience with 1003 loan applications, title commitments, and budgets.
- Coachable and adaptable to changing environments.
