About the Role
As a Modeling and Simulation Engineer Specialist, you will support modeling and simulation efforts, collaborate with military experts, and develop simulation environments for various combat systems. Your responsibilities will include instantiating models, supporting experiment designs, and ensuring quality deliverables.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Operations Research, or other STEM field, plus 3 years of relevant experience.
- Master of Science in Computer Science, Operations Research, or other STEM field, plus 18 months of relevant experience.
- At least 18 months of demonstrated proficiency in AFSIM.
- Proficiency in C++, Python, or other programming language.
- Active Top-Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
Preferred:
- Master of Science in Computer Science, Operations Research, or other STEM field, plus 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity in model-based systems engineering tools such as CAMEO.
- Basic proficiency in SysML.
