About the Role
As a Mobile Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for conducting repairs and inspections on various truck and trailer components, scheduling maintenance procedures, managing inventory, and completing necessary documentation. You will work on-site, providing essential services to keep fleets operational.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of diesel and trailer repair experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to work extended and/or irregular hours including weekends and holidays.
- Self-motivated with excellent organization and planning skills.
- 2 years of experience in performing annual federal inspections and brake inspections.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must possess proper tools.
Preferred:
- High School education or equivalent.
- Certifications are a plus.
- Welding experience.
- CDL, a plus.
