About the Role
As a Mobile Associate, you will work as part of a Retail Team of Experts, acting as a brand ambassador for T-Mobile. Your responsibilities will include helping customers with their shopping journey, providing hands-on demonstrations of technology, and building relationships with customers. You will also complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and work to develop your skills in sales and customer service.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Passionate customer advocate with a competitive drive.
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders.
