Summary
AQR Capital Management is seeking a Middle Office Associate to join their team in Greenwich, CT. The role involves supporting middle office operations, enhancing processes, and managing data related to trades.
About the Role
As a Middle Office Associate, you will be responsible for P&L system oversight, NAV reconciliation, reference data management, and responding to ad hoc requests from various stakeholders. You will work with a variety of financial products, particularly in equity and FX, and coordinate with operations support teams and engineering for system enhancements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
- 2-4 years of experience in the financial industry.
- Experience in a trading floor environment with knowledge of multiple asset classes.
- Solid understanding of middle and back office operations and processes.
- Technical experience including moderate SQL and database knowledge.
Preferred:
- Additional technical or programming experience (Python, AI experience, etc.) is beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
