As a Mid-level Eminent Domain & Condemnation Associate, you will be responsible for handling commercial real estate-related litigation, particularly in eminent domain issues and condemnation procedures. Your daily tasks will include managing hearings, discovery, and depositions, while collaborating with a dedicated team of attorneys to guide clients through all phases of eminent domain proceedings and property disputes.
About You
Required:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate related litigation.
- Direct experience in eminent domain/condemnation, property rights, land use, zoning/entitlements, or real estate litigation.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and synthesize complex legal research.
Preferred:
- Interest in high-volume, litigation-based practice.
- Experience in managing multiple legal matters.
