About the Role
As a Mfg Sr Engineer I, you will provide technical and strategic manufacturing engineering support to external suppliers. Your responsibilities will include supporting high-impact supplier initiatives, facilitating meetings with internal teams and suppliers, identifying risks, and ensuring project milestones are met. You will also monitor supplier performance metrics, deliver improvement initiatives, and support new product launches by ensuring supplier readiness.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
- 2+ years of engineering experience and 1+ years of accountable technical project lead experience.
- Experience working with external suppliers in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with Smartsheet software.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
- Proficiency in CAD software, Solidworks preferred.
