About the Role

As a Metadata Lead, you will bridge the gap between metadata, vendors, and business stakeholders. You will define processes, manage pivot tables, and run books, and identify problems in the Alation data catalog. Your responsibilities include leading continuous improvement of the data catalog, managing issue diagnosis, updating metadata, and building strong working relationships across the enterprise. You will also assist in bulk curation and validation of content and metadata.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering.
3+ years of related experience working with Alation data catalog or similar tooling.
3+ years of experience leading colleagues/work efforts and managing toward deadlines.
SQL and/or Python coding experience.
