About the Role
As a MEP Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing management plans for assigned projects, confirming project scope with clients, developing financial plans, managing project budgets, and serving as the primary contact between the project team and clients. You will also ensure quality assurance and control, facilitate communication, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
Required:
- Technical or Bachelor’s degree in a major technical discipline with ten years of practical experience on similar projects.
- Professional Engineer Licensure.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic accounting knowledge and ability to create and maintain budgets.
Preferred:
- Healthcare building design experience.
- Knowledge of engineering theories and methodologies.
- Comfortable working with clients.
