As a Mental Health Therapist, you will assess, plan, develop, coordinate, and provide treatment and counseling to clients and their families. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, recommending treatment plans, providing ongoing counseling, identifying service gaps, advocating for clients, and managing a caseload of 10-12 individuals.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Professional Counseling, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Social Work or Counseling Licensure.
- Experience working in community settings.
