About the Role
As a Mental Health Therapist at Teladoc Health, you will deliver individual therapy sessions virtually, focusing on adolescent and adult populations. Your responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans using evidence-based approaches, maintaining clinical documentation, and coordinating with support teams to facilitate client care. You will work independently, set your own schedule, and utilize Teladoc's technology and infrastructure to support your practice.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years post-licensure experience providing therapy in an unsupervised, independent practice setting.
- Active license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, Nebraska, Arizona, or Maryland.
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience working with clients managing PTSD, depression, anxiety, or trauma-related conditions.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to operate autonomously in a telehealth environment.
- Proficient in using EHR systems and telehealth platforms.
Preferred:
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (Teladoc will support and fund license expansion).
