About the Role

You will also lead group therapy sessions and manage acute behavioral episodes using de-escalation techniques.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- BLS Certification.
- 3-5 years experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
Preferred:
- De-escalation training and certification strongly preferred; mandatory completion within 90 days of hire.
