About You
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three to five years of experience in a membership and fitness related environment.
- Ability to administer and support fitness and group exercise programs.
- Superior leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility in work schedule to work evenings and weekends.
- Supervisory experience in a customer service environment.
- Excellent personal computer skills and experience with standard business software.
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people.
