About the Role
As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions for members in person, via phone, and electronically. You will also assist with account inquiries, open and close accounts, and actively cross-sell Credit Union services. The position requires balancing daily transactions and verifying cash totals while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
About You
Required:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Good communication skills and professional appearance.
- Good math skills and ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
Preferred:
- Cash handling experience.
- Data entry skills.
