About the Role
As a Client Account Manager, you will oversee account management for a book of clients, ensuring effective communication and organization. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies, providing brand direction, and analyzing social media campaign performance. You will also be responsible for managing online contests, utilizing budgets for ad campaigns, and staying updated on emerging social media channels.
About You
Required:
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, and Google+.
Preferred:
Client management or agency experience.
Google or Facebook Certifications.
