- High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred).
- 1+ years of experience working in a medical office or in an administrative/clerical position.
- Previous experience and/or ability to work in an electronic health record.
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
