About the Role
As a Medical Lab Scientist I, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests, maintaining quality control practices, and participating in customer service. You will perform pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical activities, provide training to new staff, and ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
About You
Required:
- Associates' degree in chemical, physical or biological science or medical laboratory or equivalent education and training.
- Must hold a national certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Technologist such as ASCP, AAB, or AMT.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory, chemical, physical or biological.
- One year of Clinical Lab experience.
