About the Role
As a Medical Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining client charts, managing clinic schedules, providing customer service, entering stock and custom orders, and maintaining accurate records of cash and bank deposits. You will also assist with basic hearing aid troubleshooting and maintain knowledge of current products and promotions.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service and office administration.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers including scheduling software and MS Office.
- Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time-management skills.
