About the Role
As a Medical Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for daily office procedures, welcoming patients, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays, maintaining patient records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines. You will also assist with quality assurance surveys and support the Care Team in managing patient communications.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma with at least 2 years of patient facing reception experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1 year of EMR experience.
