About You
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of previous emergency and/or medical transport dispatching experience preferred.
- Excellent telephone/radio voice, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in high call/trip volume periods.
- 911 Officer (BTC) and EMD (New Jersey or National Academy) certification.
- Proficiency in using various software applications for data entry and communication.
