Theoria Medical is seeking a part-time Medical Director to join their team in Cleveland, TN. The role involves overseeing skilled nursing facilities and participating in administrative and quality initiatives.
About the Role
As a Medical Director, you will serve as the medical director for skilled nursing facilities, participate in quality assurance meetings, provide guidance to facility staff, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will also collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage resident care, diagnose and treat patients, and utilize electronic health record systems for documentation.
About You
Required:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with a valid medical license.
- Experience in a medical director role or similar leadership position.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as ChartEasy™, PointClickCare, or MatrixCare.
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities or post-acute care settings.
