Thanks is seeking a Media Planner to join their global team in New York, NY. The role involves optimizing campaign performance across their publisher network and collaborating with various teams to execute their vision of creating a successful ad network.
About the Role
As a Media Planner, you will own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from strategic budget planning through execution to performance optimization and reporting. You will be responsible for designing budget allocation strategies, setting up and managing campaigns, analyzing performance data for real-time optimization, and collaborating with sales and product teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
About You
Required:
3+ years experience in programmatic advertising, DSP management, or digital campaign management.
Proven skills using DSPs and ad server platforms to set up, manage and optimize campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of key performance metrics - CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated and organized with strong time management skills.
Preferred:
SQL or data analysis skills for independent reporting and campaign performance analysis.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for building performance dashboards and budget models.
Experience with agency trading desks or adtech platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
