About the Role
As a Mechanical Systems Supervisor, you will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining credit union facilities, establishing a Preventive Maintenance program, coordinating maintenance activities, and acting as project lead for facility moves and remodels. You will maintain logs of maintenance activity, ensure compliance with codes, and participate in the construction and modification of mechanical systems.
About You
Required:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Seven years relevant experience in facilities mechanical systems.
- Advanced knowledge of building systems.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift 80 pounds.
Preferred:
- Project lead experience.
- Basic typing skills and general computer experience.
