About You
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of product design experience (preferably in plastics, assembly, or consumer products).
- Strong knowledge of 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred), design for assembly, and geometric tolerancing.
- Experience with FMEA, Design for Reliability, and stage-gate/VAVE methods.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
- Understanding of regulatory standards (UL, ETL, IAPMO, NSF, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
