About the Role
As a Senior Mechanical Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for managing project design or construction efforts, coordinating activities with trade shops, and ensuring project objectives are achieved on schedule and at the lowest cost. You will assist with acquisition planning, conduct site visits, provide technical guidance, and oversee maintenance programs. Your role will also involve using the MAXIMO software project management tool to ensure timely input of all data and documentation.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience as a facilities professional.
- 2+ years of experience in high voltage power, mechanical systems, fire protection, or construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Top Secret clearance.
- Experience with the implementation or execution of design documents.
Preferred:
- Experience managing project design or construction efforts, including scheduling and funding.
- Experience with MAXIMO.
- Knowledge of ASHRAE standards, International Building Code, and NFPA publications related to mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of CAD systems, AutoCAD, or Revit.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
