- P.E. license.
- 10+ years of industry experience in startup, commissioning, maintenance, or operation of Mechanical, HVAC, and Plumbing Systems.
- 10+ years of experience reviewing, designing, assessing Mechanical, HVAC, and Plumbing Systems in facilities/building systems.
- Ability to work under and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent technical, analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel about 20% on average.
