About You
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of maintenance and building construction work experience.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
- Understanding of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe use.
- Must be able to maintain pool, including reading, repair and maintenance.
- Obtain F07, F01 within 6 months; S95 within 1 year of obtaining position.
- Obtain Building Certification within 3 months of attaining position.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and be on call 24/7.
- Knowledge of the use of mechanical and test equipment.
- Experience in performing repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and swimming pool equipment.
