Summary

About the Role
As a Project Manager, Residential, you will direct projects by managing and delegating tasks, forecasting workload, and addressing financial performance. You will oversee client relationships, prepare agreements, and analyze technical opportunities. Additionally, you will lead and mentor team members, encouraging career development.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Licensed Professional Engineer.
- 7+ years of engineering/industry experience with demonstrated team management experience.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of contracts, accounting principles, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of fostering existing client relationships.
Preferred:
- Project Manager training and/or certifications.
