About You
- High school diploma or 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- General knowledge of computers and programs (G Suite Applications, Oracle, OTM, etc.).
- Willingness to take a hands-on approach to material handling activities.
- Commitment to safety and ability to serve as a role model for safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate positively with peers and management.
- Strong service and quality focus with problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility and dependability in supporting material handling operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing/logistics in a similar production environment.
- Participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Time management skills and ability to work autonomously or in teams.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing processes.
- Forklift experience highly preferred.
