You will coordinate clinical services, handle patient grievances, and support the implementation of new service lines. The position requires hands-on interaction with management, staff, and patients to ensure high-quality care delivery.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of community-based program management experience or equivalent.
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience participating in and leading organizational change and restructuring.
- Commitment to providing nonjudgmental quality health care to those in need.
- Experience and commitment to working with diverse communities.
- Bilingual preferred.
