Summary
Adelante Healthcare is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves overseeing, managing, and tactically guiding project management for the Marketing and Community Engagement department.
About the Role
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of internal and external marketing projects, engaging with stakeholders, overseeing task delegation, leading SOP creation, and maintaining brand health measurement dashboards. You will work closely with the Marketing Director and the marketing team to operationalize the organization's marketing strategy in alignment with business goals.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Five plus (5+) years of experience in marketing project management or marketing operations.
- Expert-level proficiency with project management and workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, CoSchedule, Planner, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable detail orientation.
Preferred:
- PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Background in both B2C and B2B environments.
- PR or Advertising agency experience.
- Experience working in-house at a Matrix organization, leading a Project Management Office (PMO).
- Familiarity with creative production workflows and content calendars.
