- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or technical product sectors.
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and working with ad agencies.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, product positioning, and customer segmentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in engineering or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with additive manufacturing, injection molding, or extrusion-based products.
- Multilingual or experience working in multicultural environments.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
