About You
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
- 5 or more years' experience in marketing, with retail or retail fundraising experience a plus.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously.
- Relevant knowledge of community foundations and/or nonprofits, market trends, and fundraising strategies.
- Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in integrated marketing execution and CRM strategy.
- Familiarity with digital media, direct mail, email, and SMS marketing.
