As a Marketing Corporate Events and Activations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing timelines, deliverables, and partnership assets to ensure flawless execution of events. Your tasks will include supporting event operations and logistics, collaborating with various teams to create integrated campaigns, managing project workflows, and ensuring compliance with CPE qualifications for training events. This position requires occasional travel to support event execution.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Event Management & Hospitality, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of marketing experience.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred:

Experience with corporate events planning and project management.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation software.
Ability and willingness to travel based on events.
