About the Role
As the Marketing Business Intelligence Manager, you will maintain a thorough understanding of the Marketing & Business Development department's application stack, lead data mapping and field customization projects, manage data management projects related to CRM and experience management systems, collaborate with various teams to implement marketing tools, and drive continuous improvement in data automation and standardization.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, data science, or a technology-related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years in a managerial role, ideally in a professional services firm.
- Experience using contact relationship management (e.g., MS Dynamics) and data integration solutions.
- Experience with data manipulation, reporting, visualization, and dashboarding using Power BI and SQL.
Preferred:
- Power BI, CBAP or similar certifications.
- Experience developing technical data analysis and related end-user documentation.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
