- Undergraduate degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics, agriculture, or a related field.
- Three or more years of sales management experience in Financial Services with a proven performance record.
- Five or more years of experience in lending and collections focusing on business, agriculture, commercial, and consumer credit.
- Experience in residential mortgage lending.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
