About the Role
As a Market Development Representative, you will implement innovative solutions to boost business for assigned accounts, educate customers on consumer trends, lead distributors in marketing efforts, and help achieve volume objectives for core brands. You will also develop rapport with customers, communicate effectively with key stakeholders, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
- Proven volume achievements and ability to deliver on distribution and retail promotional goals.
- Demonstrated successful use of sales data analytics and tools.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within an assigned territory.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred:
- Sales/marketing internship or full/part-time sales role experience in consumer-packaged goods.
- Sales competition experience.
