About the Role
As a Manufacturing Support Team Member Staff - CAR Coordinator, you will manage assigned Corrective Action Requests (CARs) to ensure timely completion, conduct investigations and root cause analyses of product and process quality escapes, and develop effective Corrective Action Plans (CAPs). You will also coach production employees on Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) methodologies, maintain electronic records for metric development and performance tracking, and interface with various multi-functional organizations including Production, Engineering, and Quality.
About You
Required:
- Experience in project management and quality assurance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) methodologies.
- Experience in the aerospace or defense industry.
