About the Role
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing and monitoring assembly production processes, supporting the development and improvement of work instructions, coordinating resource assignments, training personnel, and driving efficiency and quality in processes. You will also ensure adherence to Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (OHS&E) and Quality Assurance (QA) procedures.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 3-5 years production experience with multi-discipline electronics equipment.
- Minimum of 1 year of production leadership experience.
Preferred:
- Experience from telecom and/or energy products.
- Undergraduate technical degree or similar experience.
- Certificates in safety, first aid, and emergency management.
- Strong leadership in process management.
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills.
