About the Role
As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will oversee technicians, ensure timely training, and manage resources for daily operations. Your responsibilities include assigning workloads, training new technicians on GMP compliance and safety, providing manufacturing expertise, participating in special projects, and assessing production activities for improvements.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- 1 to 5 years of related experience required (minimum 1 year without a Bachelor's degree).
- Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint experience required.
- Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, basic cGMP, and basic sanitization processes required.
- Ability to lift 60lbs unassisted required.
- Repetitive activity, pushing/pulling, prolonged sitting and standing, and twisting required.
- Exposure to allergens required.
- Working in confined spaces required.
- Minimal travel (< 10%) required.
Preferred:
- Lead experience desired.
- Pharmaceutical experience and FDA regulated experience preferred.
