About You
- 2+ years of related experience in a manufacturing business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Exhibit a high degree of responsibility with emphasis on safety.
- Experience working with adhesives and application of the adhesives to metals used in rubber to metal molding.
- Proven track record in program management and leadership, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Knowledge of design and development of molding tooling, lean manufacturing, and equipment design and assembly engineering.
- Experience working in a ISO/TS/AS 9100 environment.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Rubber-to-metal molding or plastic molding experience.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of Process Control and SPC.
