About the Role
As a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and utilizing ERP systems for daily operations, supporting key administrative functions, organizing and maintaining records, investigating inventory discrepancies, conducting time studies, and contributing to various company projects. You will play a critical role in driving process improvements and supporting overall operational objectives.
About You
Required:
- College degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in administrative or operations roles, with a background in customer service and bookkeeping preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and a good understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
Preferred:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience with IQMS ERP system.
- Strong mathematical skills and excellent interpersonal problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to achieving results with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in safety programs and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
