About the Role
As a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in new product development, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product designs into efficient, high-quality production methods. Your responsibilities include leading the development of manufacturing processes, conducting feasibility studies, creating process documentation, utilizing Lean manufacturing principles, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or Industrial Engineering role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and Lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with CAD software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
