Summary

SRG is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III to join their medical device manufacturing team in Mansfield, MA. The role involves improving manufacturing processes and supporting the production of surgical products.

About the Role

As a Manufacturing Engineer III, you will work within cross-functional project teams to maintain and enhance manufacturing processes for medical devices. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing manufacturing tooling, managing process validation, and writing manufacturing procedures. You will also support material selection and guide internal and external transfers.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials or Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
A minimum of 6 years of engineering industry experience.
Experience in the medical device industry.
Knowledge of GMPs, ISO 13485 Design Control, and Manufacturing Process IQ, OQ, PO qualifications.
Working knowledge in manufacturing processes such as metal processing, plastics processing, and mechanical assembly.
Experience with sealing equipment and sterile barriers.

Preferred:

Experience with neurosurgery devices/disposables.
Automation experience including PLC, logic, optical controls, and electromechanical systems.
Validation experience including writing protocols and technical drafting.
