About the Role
As a Mandatory Learning Curriculum Senior Associate, you will work closely with the Learning Design Lead and other team members to identify critical knowledge and skills for client training objectives. You will review vendor contracts, recommend curriculum changes, develop engaging learning activities, and ensure compliance with standards set by NASBA and AICPA. Additionally, you will manage curriculum updates, project plans, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, curriculum design, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in learning and development, including needs analysis and instructional design.
Preferred:
- Experience in a professional services environment.
- Knowledge of National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
- Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, SharePoint).
